The Mill has enjoyed a reputation as one of the state’s finest restaurant and catering facilities for over 65 years.  Situated in a beautiful lakeside setting, The Mill offers Classic American Cuisine featuring prime aged steaks and the Shore’s freshest seafood, a fabulous Sunday Buffet Brunch and outdoor dining on our lakeside deck, weather permitting. The Mill also has banquet facilities for parties up to 250; handicap accessibility; valet parking and accepts all major credit cards.  Reservations are suggested.

Executive Chef - James Lenzi

James graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America; spent 18 months practicing his trade in Rome, Sardinia and Tripoli and then returned to the States where he lived and worked in New York City for many years.  His accomplishments at Manhattan’s top restaurants included:  Saucier at La Caravelle and Lutece, Chef de Cuisine at The Terrace Restaurant, Executive Chef of Café Des Artistes, Symphony Café, and Levanna’s.  His knowledge, creativity and dedication to his craft have been instrumental to The Mill’s excellent reputation for fine food.
